2. Terms of Service & Acceptable Use
By accessing or using Open Network, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all ethical and security compliance guidelines:
Authorized Intelligence & Research
The signal datasets, OSINT indices, and public APIs aggregated within Open Network are intended strictly for research, ethical penetration testing, defense intelligence, network optimization, and software development.
Zero Malicious Activity Policy
You may not use Open Network tools for unauthorized surveillance, cyberstalking, harassment, or malicious exploitation.
Signal tower analytics (MCC 470) are public baseline metrics and must not be used to impair critical telecommunications infrastructure.
Virtual machine sandboxes operate client-side in WebAssembly; users are responsible for all binary executions in their local runtime.
3. Privacy & Data Handling Architecture
Open Network is engineered with a strict Zero-Knowledge & Client-First architecture:
No Central Database Storage: All API queries, terminal interactions, and VM memory state execute entirely in your local browser sandbox.
Stateless Intelligence: We do not log IP addresses, search queries, or signal tower telemetry lookups.
Mistral AI Privacy: AI chatbot interactions communicate directly with the encrypted Mistral AI endpoint without intermediary persistence.
